1. Product Information

• We manufacture and supply abrasive rollers, drum peeling equipment, coating solutions, and spare parts for food processing industries.
• All product specifications are provided as guidelines and may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
• Customized equipment is developed as per mutually approved specifications.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed only after receipt of a valid purchase order and advance payment.
• Standard terms: 30% advance, balance before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices quoted exclude applicable taxes, duties, and transportation charges unless specified.

3. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery schedules are indicative and subject to production capacity and material availability.
• Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility in Pune, India.

4. Quality Assurance

• All equipment and rollers are manufactured and tested as per industry standards.
• Quality certificates and test reports are available upon request.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their intended application.

5. Returns & Warranty

• Products cannot be returned once sold, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
• Warranty covers only defects arising from manufacturing and excludes damage due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.
• Any claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt, supported with evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tirupathi Abrasive Products shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or value of goods supplied.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical specifications, and proprietary solutions remain the property of Tirupathi Abrasive Products. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written approval.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect customer confidentiality. Any data or technical details shared with us are used solely for fulfilling business requirements and are not disclosed to third parties without consent.
